Manages site/sector EHS team of D&E, S&SC, Manufacturing, CS, CRE or Corporate EHS. Reports to site/factory Business Leader and/or EHS Manager one level up. Operates within: relevant frameworks; determined objectives and budgets; risk & compliance directives. Operates within a tactical business environment with a planning horizon of up to two years.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Define and execute EHS Strategy for applicable scope in line with relevant business priorities.
Secure continuous improvement as well as an effective, (cost) efficient, aligned and reliable enabling sub-domain.
Build the team of EHS experts or managers to manage full scope EHS at the site/factory.
Represent EHS in Site/sector Leadership team.
Perform regular Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment for the assigned scope; implement relevant risk control measures for the assigned scope.
Manage on time and high quality follow up of reported EHS incidents for assigned scope; perform trend analysis on EHS incidents to identify opportunities for prevention at own site/factory.
Assign EHS experts in the team to perform legal compliance check of EHS full scope.
Participate and drive on time closure of EHS non-conformities; secure own internal assessments within site/factory.
