Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities: Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and networked control systems (including PLCs and VFDs); Monitor production and control equipment for proper operation, performance, and safety; identify and address abnormal conditions; Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs, work orders, and service records; Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities; Lead and train Level 1 and Level 2 technicians in welding, electrical, and other skilled disciplines
