Brookdale Senior Living - 767 East Parkcenter Boulevard - Responsibilities: Keeping our communities running in top-notch condition; Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment; Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents; Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and applicable jurisdictions; Ensure living areas and common spaces comply with regulations and policies
