Were seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help structure our development processes, build internal tools, and prepare our platform for market. This individual will contribute across both design and development, helping bridge the gap between user experience and technical execution.

Pay Range: $80,000 $100,000 annually DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, in-office (Boise, ID not remote)

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience (full-stack preferred)
• Strong experience working in back-end development using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience with GraphQL
• React & React Native Experience Required
• Strong UI/UX design and prototyping capabilities
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Effective collaboration with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) in a professional setting
• Ability to review, audit and course-correct AI generated code and scale

Nice-to-have Experience

• Experience working with PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Exposure to mobile development across web iOS and Android platforms

What Youll Do

• Build and improve internal tools, including a custom CRM system
• Help develop and launch a lead-generation product
• Translate designs into functional front-end components
• Respect architectural boundaries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and technical goals
• Help establish structure, systems, and best practices for the dev team
• Work within an agile workflow to ship features efficiently
