If you are interested in this Lab Technician – Engineering / Hardware Support position, please contact Lindsay at 5867107959 or LKOPASZ@ALINESTAFFING.com Lab Technician – Engineering / Hardware Support Compensation The pay for this position is $27.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Lab Technician – Engineering / Hardware Support Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is standard daytime hours (onsite in Boise, ID) Lab Technician – Engineering / Hardware Support Responsibilities Support daily lab operations for engineering systems, equipment, and infrastructure Perform equipment setup, configuration, relocation, and basic troubleshooting Track lab assets, systems, and inventory using established processes and tools Ensure compliance with lab safety, ESD protocols, calibration standards, and preventive maintenance requirements Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to support lab readiness and validation efforts Maintain accurate documentation of equipment, inventory, and lab activities Assist with system readiness and operational support within the engineering lab environment Support continuous improvement initiatives and general lab operations Lab Technician – Engineering / Hardware Support Requirements Technical background in a lab, IT, test, or engineering support environment Experience working with hardware, systems, or lab equipment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Lab Technician – Engineering / Hardware Support Preferred Qualifications Experience tracking hardware, lab assets, or inventory systems Familiarity with lab safety, ESD, and calibration practices Prior experience in engineering lab or technical support roles If you think this Lab Technician – Engineering / Hardware Support position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
