This is a remote position with regular travel to job sites required. The right candidate will be comfortable managing field production, project budgets, and client communications while keeping projects on schedule and up to our high standards.What You'll Do:Lead and manage ground-up construction and large-scale commercial remodelsOversee site operations, subcontractor coordination, and field productionManage schedules, budgets, change orders, and job cost trackingServe as the point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional serviceEnsure full compliance with safety protocols and construction regulationsWork effectively from a remote setting while staying closely connected to job site progressWhat You Bring:57 years of proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projectsExpertise in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and floorplansA solid understanding of structural systems, sitework, foundations, and sequencing of ground-up buildsProficiency in Microsoft Office and ProCore (or similar project management platforms)Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when working with demanding clientsStrong leadership, organization, and decision-making skillsWillingness to travel to construction sites and work occasional weekends or extended hours as neededPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred(Experienced tradespeople with significant ground-up project leadership experience will also be considered)High school diploma or GED requiredImportant:Ground-up experience is essential for this role.
