(SRS), the world's largest independent insurance company manager, is growing and looking for a driven and strategic Assistant Vice President to join Garnet Captive – our division that administers group captive programs.Remote position located in Idaho or surrounding state.Responsibilities And DutiesCreate and execute business strategies for expansion of existing captive programsEstablish long-term agency relationships and ensure success of existing programs with a chief focus on continuous growthEffectively communicate captive participation and the value proposition of captive programsReview new business submissions and related underwriting data to develop quotes with carrier and vendor partnersDeliver effectively in a variety of presentation settings; formal, one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, and leadersAttributes And Skills3+ years of proven commercial lines experience; Property & CasualtyEstablished commercial broker relationships are strongly preferredAbility and drive to foster new agency relationshipsPerforms work accurately and to the best of their ability, capable of problem solvingDesire to learn and grow in a dynamic team and provide feedbackTravel required; percentage dependent on location of candidates' home officeAbout Strategic Risk SolutionsSRS is the world's largest independent insurance company manager.
