Create and update educational resources and competency materials for specialty technicians. Provide clinical guidance and respond to clinically directed questions from the divisions. PV/ AE Support pharmacovigilance (PV) activities, including identification, documentation, and reporting of adverse events (AE) in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensure appropriate escalation and documentation of safety events and product complaints. Program Management Serve as the pharmacist for all programs with pharmacist designated components. Care Plan Management Create and conduct care plan consultations for all specialty medications, as applicable.
