We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving peoples lives and we want YOU to join our team What you will be doing: Youll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with tracking of student accountability, attendance, and incentive programs at the center in compliance with government and management directives. Essential functions: 1. Organize office operations and procedures for the efficient flow of work within the student personnel office. 2. Schedule center review board hearing and prepare files for necessary documents. 3. Assist in orientation of students on behavioral management system, disciplinary procedures and incentive awards. 4. Maintain files on department records, cards, forms, and correspondence, ensuring confidentiality. 5. Act as liaison between student personnel officer and local law enforcement agencies, courts, attorneys, and center staff as needed. Education and Experience Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years related experience. + Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required. + Valid drivers license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
