We are building a dynamic Process and Equipment Engineering organization that drives innovation and manufacturing excellence across Micron's newest U.S. Memory Fab. We work at the intersection of advanced tools, data, and deep engineering expertiseand we're excited to create the next generation of memory manufacturing!

As the Senior Manager of FILMS (CVD and PVD), you will guide a high-performing team responsible for enabling world-class equipment performance, yield, and output. You will help shape fab capability during a period of rapid growth and tool installation, partnering closely across Manufacturing, Technology Development, Facilities, Procurement, suppliers, and global engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tool ramp and release of the FILMS area
  • Set ambitious performance targets and share goals across the team
  • Drive output, yield, and cost optimization while upholding quality
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering to validate capacity
  • Support processes for new tool installations and modifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field
  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience in thin films (CVD and PVD)
  • Proven success leading teams through complex technical challenges
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication of technical information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading tool installs during a new fab startup ramp
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with global engineering teams and suppliers
  • Ability to mentor and develop technical talent
  • Experience identifying risks and making sound decisions
