This organization has approximately 500 employees and is in a strong growth phase, with a focus on building scalable infrastructure and operational excellence across its footprint.
The Vice President of Human Resources will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading and optimizing the HR function across a multi-state platform. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution, with an immediate focus on strengthening HR operations, ensuring compliance, and improving cross-functional alignment.
