Your expertise will give to the production of high-quality semiconductor components that are pivotal to our customers' success. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to tackle equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield. Responsibilities: Installation and qualification of industry leading CMP equipment in our new cleanroomCMP equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentationCollaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting productionUse project management methodology to complete projects that close hardware gaps around equipment deficienciesEstablish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement and drive benchmark equipment performanceDevelop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategiesMinimum Required Qualifications: 2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with chemical mechanical planarization (CMP)BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experiencePreferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approachStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficient in Data Science and Programming skillsSee more about Boise living How Micron engineers pave the way for semiconductorsAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
