Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access, and report access concerns, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity according to site protocols; Support day-to-day operations by completing incident reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and providing clear directions and assistance to staff and guests
