United Site Services - - Responsibilities: Audit invoices, validate pricing, services, accurate taxes, ancillary charges, and overall accuracy of invoices; Upload invoices into a 3rd party portal and track invoices until paid; Provide reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve outstanding balance issues; Establish relationships with customers to encourage ability to invoice and faster pay; Partner with third party collection agency when necessary
