You will collaborate with numerous teams to ensure tool availability is increased and that outputs meet, or exceed, the highest quality standards.Understand the relationship between the hardware, software, and processes that enable us to meet quality requirements• Collaborate with shift teams to make sure we maintain product quality at the highest levels• Engage with tool owners and hardware teams to address quality and performance issues• Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing data to ensure that processes meet required quality standards• Prepare data and presentations for partners, passdowns, and broader audiences• Help develop and drive continuous improvement projects• Mentor and coach team members on quality and shift-left processes• Strive to exceed in all Micron Values – People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Customer FocusKnowledge of engineering fundamentals and basic electronics technologies• Strong mechanical proficiency with the ability to understand and resolve mechanical system problems; design, fabrication, and CAD experience a plus• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and design of experiments• Flexibility to work any shift and rotate shifts as needed• Basic knowledge of Probe or semiconductor equipment and processes are desiredBS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent military/industry experienceAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
