Overview AVP, Supply Chain - RemoteAVP, Supply Chain will be responsible for the overall COGs and growth strategy for Prime's owned dispensing pharmacies (Retail, Mail and Specialty). This role will oversee negotiations, contracting and account management for pharma, wholesaler, and GPO partners. This role will oversee a team responsible for driving competitive pricing, biosimilar strategy and growing our limited distribution drugs and overall drug access footprint.Responsibilities Negotiating wholesaler, direct manufacturer and GPO contracts for Mail, Specialty, and RetailManage strategic targeting and execution of access for key limited distribution drug productsContract management oversight – tracking/monitoring of executed contracts and their respective term datesWholesaler and manufacturer account managementCreating audit mechanisms to ensure receiving value we are contractually entitled toMonitoring pipeline (biosimilars, generics and new to market products)Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Healthcare or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience10 years of work experience in Industry Relations and/or Supply Chain8 years of leadership/people management experience3 years of Specialty Pharmacy industry experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional Qualifications Strong strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and consultative skills.Knowledge and understanding of long-range financial planning, its importance to strategic initiatives, and the ability to translate business needs into financial models complete with return on investment.Proven ability to inspire cross functional teams to meet business objectives with outstanding resultsPreferred Qualifications Master's or MBA degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.Process Improvement experience (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen)PBM experienceEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
