CV Resources is partnering with a growing organization to identify a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist for a 6-month contract engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating purchasing activities, managing vendors, and keeping operations running smoothly across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage help desk ticket requests for new and existing locations; route requests to appropriate vendors and ensure timely resolution
• Create and manage purchase orders for equipment, maintenance, and location needs
• Review construction documents and perform basic plan take-offs to determine equipment requirements for new builds and remodels
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure orders are processed, delivered, and installed on schedule
• Audit invoices for accuracy and match them to corresponding purchase orders and help desk tickets
• Compare vendor quotes, source new service providers, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Maintain procurement documentation and support continuous process improvements
• Assist with monitoring maintenance and repair expenses for accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support
• Experience managing purchase orders, vendors, and invoice reconciliation
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction documents is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
