NurturPro, owned by Halikas Enterprises is a growing agency managing content for clients in the Real Estate industry across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day execution and quality of our content operation, someone who has done this before, works fast, and does not need to be managed.

This is not an entry-level role. You will take full ownership of content calendars, client workflows, scheduling,QC, and team coordination across all accounts. You will also help shape how we work, identifying process improvements, flagging gaps, and contributing to how the team grows.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Full management of content calendars across all assigned client accounts, including planning, creation,and scheduling

• Content creation and graphic design in Canva, including building reusable templates that the broader team can work from

• Scheduling and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, Stories, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms via SocialPilot

• QC ownership across all content, ensuring image sizing, grammar, handles, scheduling, and brand

standards are met before anything goes live

• Client approval coordination, bi-weekly or monthly touch points depending on account type, managed professionally and independently

• SOP maintenance, keeping documented workflows current as tools and processes evolve

• Light team coordination, helping orient interns or junior team members when needed

• Analytics review and reporting support, pulling performance data and flagging what is and is not working

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3 or more years of agency-side social media management experience, ideally managing 10 or more

client accounts simultaneously

• Expert-level Canva skills with a strong portfolio of branded social content

• Deep familiarity with social media scheduling platforms, SocialPilot or similar tools

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts without QC slipping.

• Strong independent judgment; you escalate the right things and handle the rest without being asked.

• Experience with client-facing communication, approvals, and relationship management.

• Comfortable working within structured SOPs and contributing to improving them.

• Data-informed mindset; you look at what is performing and adjust accordingly.

**This is a 1099 remote/in Boise office position, offering $35-$40 per hour for the right/qualified candidates.
