As a Key Account Executive supporting State, Local Government and Education (SLED) customers, you will own and grow a portfolio of large, complex accounts. This is a highly strategic, consultative sales role focused on driving long-term value, deepening executive relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that help our customers succeed. What you'll be doing Drive revenue across large SLED accounts Secure incremental and renewal contractual commitments with EBIs and TBIs Develop and execute strategic account growth plans Lead cross-functional selling teams including category experts and CSM partners Partner with Outside Developers to penetrate and grow site-level spend Leverage SFDC and Staples selling tools to prioritize activities Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing and contract strategies Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships What you bring to the table Strong consultative and solutions-based selling approach Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders Advanced negotiation and deal-shaping skills Comfort operating independently in a remote, strategic selling environment Strong business and financial acumen Ability to adapt and thrive in a complex, matrixed organization Proven resilience, drive, and growth mindset Experience aligning solutions to customer initiatives such as sustainability or inclusion What's needed – Basic Qualifications 4 years of successful B2B sales experience 4 years selling to Government and/or Education customers Experience managing and growing large, complex accounts Revenue ownership aligned to large portfolios Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office What's needed – Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience with government or education cooperatives Track record of exceeding sales quotas Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals Fortune 1000 account management experience We Offer Incentive opportunity, comprehensive benefits, flexible PTO, 401(k) match, wellness programs, and an inclusive culture supported by associate-led Business Resource Groups.
