Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Screen individuals, personal property, and/or deliveries entering designated areas, report irregularities, and communicate screening results in a calm, professional manner.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations with a problem-solving approach, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.; Monitor entry points, verify credentials, badges, and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent screening practices.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, equipment concerns, and/or security-related issues in accordance with site policies.
