• Monday 7am - Monday 7am schedule
• 1 - 4 patients per shift
• In-house call with 20 minute response time
• 1 - 4 phone consults per 24 hours
• 1 - 2 admissions per shift
• 1:3 call ratio with 40% callback rate
• Rounding required
• Hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
