Litigation & Trial Prep: Manage all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and the drafting of substantive motions. Courtroom Advocacy: Lead trial proceedings, including jury selection, witness examination, and arguments. Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure all case deadlines and preparation standards are met. Case Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to move cases toward successful resolution or verdict. What We're Looking For JD & Idaho Bar Admission: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Idaho State Bar. Litigation Experience: Strong background in personal injury litigation and a focus on trial work. Leadership Ability: Proven ability to manage and delegate effectively to support staff. Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a disciplined approach to a Monday through Friday, in-office schedule.
