We are seeking a Field Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support and ensure smooth daily operations for end users. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and responsive end-user support while coordinating with IT and district court leadership
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Migrate user data from old devices to new systems
• Manage and support mobile device software installations
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records
• Assist with office moves, equipment setup, and logistics
• Communicate effectively with users on issue status and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams when needed
• Collaborate with IT staff to test and validate new hardware/software

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience onboarding users to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
• Experience migrating emails and documents to Outlook and OneDrive
• Knowledge of Windows 10 troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2016 (mail, calendar, contacts migration)
• Familiarity with Active Directory (preferred)
• Basic networking knowledge (ping, traceroute) – preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to travel within the state as needed
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple support tickets independently

• Experience with court systems or legal IT environments
