What You'll Do:

• Provide attentive, high-quality service during event setup, service periods, and post-event breakdown.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a great experience.
• Maintain clean, well-organized event spaces.
• Work closely with Banquet Captains and team members to execute successful events.

What We're Looking For:

• Service-Minded Individuals: Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Team-Oriented Attitude: Willingness to collaborate and support fellow staff.
• Adaptability: Comfortable learning new tasks and operating in a fast-moving event environment.
• Schedule Flexibility: Availability during peak event times, including evenings, weekends, and high-volume periods.

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, carry and serve loaded trays, and assist with room setups and event transitions.
