A company is looking for a Specialty Care Navigator for Eating Disorders.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct telephonic and telehealth screenings, interventions, and referrals for trauma specialty treatmentProvide stabilization support using Judith Herman's trauma treatment model and assist members in engaging in careCoordinate care with providers and community resources, ensuring a smooth member experienceRequired QualificationsIndependent clinical mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) is requiredMinimum of 2+ years of clinical experience with PTSD and Complex Trauma in outpatient settingsExperience with motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessmentKnowledge of phased-based trauma treatment models and evidence-based practices for PTSDExperience working with diverse populations and collaborating with families to support adolescent treatment
