Qualifications

• Certifications ARRT (R)
• Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Vascular Interventional Radiology in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment VIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
