Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Monitor access control points by checking credentials, verifying visitor authorization, and/or documenting entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, irregular conditions, and/or security-related concerns.; Assist with visitor management, contractor access, and/or delivery processing while maintaining accurate logs, clear communication, and professional interaction with employees and guests.
