Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a tech and communications location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, lobby areas, loading zones, and perimeter, with attention to access points, visitor activity, and unusual conditions.; Assist employees, contractors, and visitors with sign-in processes, directions, and general site information while supporting security-related protocols for deliveries, after-hours access, and/or temporary credentials.
