Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor registration and/or delivery processing in accordance with location policies; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns; Support a professional environment at a technology-focused location by helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions through attentive presence and policy enforcement
