This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work across California while working on high-impact personal injury cases.Position OverviewThe Law & Motion Attorney will play a key role in supporting the litigation team by drafting and arguing motions, conducting legal research, and helping shape case strategy. This role is ideal for an attorney who excels in legal writing and motion practice and prefers a litigation-focused position without managing a full caseload.ResponsibilitiesDraft and argue motions including motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, demurrers, and other dispositive motionsConduct complex legal research and prepare legal memorandaDraft oppositions, replies, and other motion‑related pleadingsAssist trial attorneys with legal strategy and case developmentReview pleadings and discovery responses for legal sufficiencySupport trial preparation through research, briefing, and motion practiceStay current with developments in California case law and procedural rulesQualifications:Active license and good standing with the California State Bar2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigationStrong experience with law and motion practice in California courtsSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $180,000 annually].
