Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT technology to capture top-tier diagnostic images for physician assessments
- Partner with radiologists and your clinical team to ensure precision in diagnoses
- Accurately position patients and fine-tune equipment to achieve optimal imaging results
- Adhere to rigorous safety protocols to protect both patients and staff
- Keep comprehensive records, including imaging logs and equipment maintenance documentation
- Offer empathetic patient care throughout every step of the imaging process
- Uphold a safe, orderly, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is a requirement; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of a recognized radiology training program
- Current ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Valid BLS certification or ability to secure it within 90 days post-hire
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging methods and safety protocols
- Strong communication abilities, fostering connections with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- A knack for thriving in a fast-paced setting and adjusting to dynamic priorities
- A keen eye for detail coupled with a deep sense of accountability
- Technological proficiency in PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
