This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Welder / Fabricator
Location: Nampa, ID
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team in Nampa. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding in sheet metal fabrication who's ready to continue building a long-term career in welding and fabrication. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy hands-on metalwork in a shop environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Perform sheet metal fabrication with accuracy and efficiency
- Execute MIG and flux-core welds in accordance with blueprints and specifications
- Operate fabrication equipment, including press brake
- Grind, cut, and finish metal components as needed
- Maintain high welding and fabrication quality standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Proficiency in MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- 3G Welding Certification
- Experience with grinding, metal cutting, and finishing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
