Pay Rate: $17.70 - $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Boise, ID 83706
Duration: 1 year contract

Overview

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Operations Specialist to support daily mailroom functions in a professional office environment. This role focuses on accurate mail sorting, equipment operation, and overall mailroom support. Ideal for someone who is punctual, organized, and comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support all daily mailroom operations and assist team members as needed.
• Operate postage machines, printers, and other mailroom equipment (training provided).
• Maintain organization and workflow within the mailroom environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail and consistency.
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of mail items.

Work Environment & Requirements

• Light physical activity including walking and standing for extended periods.
• Minimal lifting required.
• Business casual dress code.
• No driving required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 - 2 experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain office and mailroom equipment.
