We're looking for a Residential HVAC Service Manager who is a strong leader of people, performance, and culture. This role is responsible for developing technicians, driving results, and ensuring every customer receives top-tier service.

The Role (What You'll Lead)

This is a leadership role focused on building a high-performing service team.

You will:
  • Lead and develop technicians
  • Drive team performance and accountability
  • Coach consistent service and customer experience
  • Set the tone for professionalism and results
This is not a desk-only role-you'll be in the field coaching, supporting, and leading your team daily.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Accountability
  • Lead, coach, and hold technicians accountable to performance standards
  • Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and results
  • Drive daily execution through clear expectations and communication
Performance Focus
  • Drive team results
  • Identify gaps and coach for immediate improvement
Coaching & Development
  • Train technicians on:
    • Building rapport with customers
    • Presenting options based on homeowner needs
    • Communication and professionalism
  • Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and real-time coaching
  • Develop technicians into top performers
Customer Experience
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects a high standard
  • Support a 5-star service experience
Standards & Consistency
  • Ensure proper documentation, job notes, and process consistency
  • Uphold safety protocols and company standards
What We're Looking For
  • 24+ years old with a valid driver's license and insurable record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, or management
  • Strong ability to hold accountability and drive performance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
Important:
  • HVAC technical experience is NOT required
  • EPA certification is NOT required
  • Mechanical experience is a plus, but not necessary
