Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction professional to oversee and manage large-scale commercial projects involving HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, and process piping systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and independent judgment to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation and execution of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing, across large commercial construction projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget; proactively address changes and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Supervise and lead field teams, delegating tasks and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices and promote a strong safety culture on-site.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Quickly develop an understanding of project requirements, specifications, and deliverables.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Strong mechanical background in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical piping, and process piping systems.
• Experience in large-scale commercial construction environments (e.g., data centers, semiconductor facilities, biopharmaceutical plants, hospitals).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
