Security Project Manager 3 – Physical Security/Access Control Systems Integration

$125,000-$150,00 Base Salary + Benefits

Bright Minds' global security integration client is searching for a Senior Project Manager in the Boise, ID area. This is a full cycle project management role focused on complex physical security systems/access control integration projects leading budget, planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery while serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. It's a great fit for someone coming from a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with experience in electronic security, fire alarm, life safety, building automation, or other low-voltage systems.

The right person will be comfortable handling customer communication, application engineering, field installation/execution, budgets, and overall project quality. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes supporting field teams, mentoring others, and keeping large, complex, or high-volume accounts and customer satisfaction on track.

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in engineering, field service, or project management within a technical environment.
• 4+ years project management experience focused on physical security/access control systems integration projects.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong financial and operational understanding: budgeting, cost control, and project performance management.
• Familiarity with IT networking fundamentals.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (solid programming skills).
• College degree, trade school background, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
