✨ Generous PTO:
Earn up to 80 hours in your first year, and up to 120 hours starting at month 13 — that's 3 weeks of PTO after just one year!
• What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you will bring comfort, dignity, and joy to our residents by assisting with activities of daily living, including:
• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Dressing and mobility support
• Toileting and personal care
Beyond tasks, you'll build meaningful connections and be a positive, reassuring presence for residents and their families every single day.

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Boise/Meridian's premier full-service retirement community, known for delivering five-star hospitality, services, and care. We take pride in creating a warm, vibrant environment where both residents and team members thrive.
⏰ Schedule
• Full-time overnight shift on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7 pm to 7am
• Part-time evening shift available between 5 pm and 9 pm
• Must be available for weekends and holidays as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• A genuine passion for working with seniors
• Ability to provide emotional support using the Best Friends™ Approach to dementia care
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
