Construction Laborer – Modular Construction
Pay: $18–$21 per hour
Shift: 4 x 10's Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:00pm)

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to join our innovative modular construction team. In this role, you will assemble modular components for multi‑family housing projects using advanced off‑site construction methods . You'll work in a state‑of‑the‑art indoor facility alongside robotics and modern manufacturing equipment, contributing to efficient, high‑quality production.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble modular building components according to established processes
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools
Maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude
Follow production workflows and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Support high production uptime and consistent workflow
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Essential Skills & Abilities
Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch
Experience using hand, power, and pneumatic tools
Strong drive to maintain stable production and maximize equipment uptime
Creative mindset with a willingness to innovate and improve processes
Ability to follow instructions, problem‑solve, and self‑start
Commitment to upholding company values and teamwork
Work Environment & Shift Details
Highly active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting 50+ lbs regularly
Indoor, climate‑controlled, state‑of‑the‑art facility featuring robotic automation
Department assignment determined during the interview process

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
