Construction Laborer – Modular Construction

Pay: $18–$21 per hour

Shift: 4 x 10's Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:00pm)

Location: Nampa, Idaho

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to join our innovative modular construction team. In this role, you will assemble modular components for multi‑family housing projects using advanced off‑site construction methods . You'll work in a state‑of‑the‑art indoor facility alongside robotics and modern manufacturing equipment, contributing to efficient, high‑quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble modular building components according to established processes

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools

• Maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude

• Follow production workflows and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

• Support high production uptime and consistent workflow

• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Essential Skills & Abilities

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch

• Experience using hand, power, and pneumatic tools

• Strong drive to maintain stable production and maximize equipment uptime

• Creative mindset with a willingness to innovate and improve processes

• Ability to follow instructions, problem‑solve, and self‑start

• Commitment to upholding company values and teamwork

Work Environment & Shift Details

• Highly active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting 50+ lbs regularly

• Indoor, climate‑controlled, state‑of‑the‑art facility featuring robotic automation

• Department assignment determined during the interview process

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
