Job specification
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes through telehealth, including assessment, monitoring, and treatment planning.
- Utilize advanced telehealth technology to conduct virtual visits, communicate with patients, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and collaborate with physicians and specialists to provide optimal care.
- Ensure all patient interactions and care plans are accurately documented in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of telehealth protocols and best practices.
Candidate requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in acute care, home health, or telehealth settings.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications such as Telehealth Nursing Certification (TNC) are a plus.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
