About Reunion

Reunion is transforming the way clean energy projects are financed. Since 2024, we have partnered with major corporations to unlock over $7 billion in clean energy investment, including some of the industry's largest tax credit transactions.

Since 2024, we have worked with major corporations to invest over $7 billion in clean energy projects, including some of the industry's largest tax credit transactions. We are a fast-growing and profitable mission-driven company, fueled by an expert 25+ person team that knows how to get things done.

Our founders, Billy Lee and Andy Moon, are second-time entrepreneurs and were early pioneers in solar tax equity and project finance. Our team is filled with experienced leaders from SunEdison, SolarCity, Tesla, GoodLeap, and other leading clean energy companies. We're proud of maintaining a strong mission-driven company culture that values creativity, collaboration, and speed ... while still having fun.

We look for curious, smart, and kind colleagues with an entrepreneurial streak (we have quite a few ex-entrepreneurs on our team). Reunion is a great place to learn from energy finance experts and play a critical role in deploying clean energy technologies such as battery storage, nuclear, manufacturing, solar, and wind.

About the role

As we scale rapidly to meet demand, we're looking for a strategic and execution-driven Chief of Staff to help us lead high-impact transactions, expand sales operations, and uncover new growth opportunities through partnerships. Our ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to get an incredible amount done in a short amount of time, and has a track record of successfully tackling large and complex projects.

What you'll do

Manage Relationships with Key Strategic Accounts and Partners

  • Work closely with tax credit sellers (both project developers and manufacturers) to get onboarded onto the Reunion platform
  • Develop a playbook for strategic partnerships, including prioritization of who to work with and how to engage with each type of partner
Supercharge Sales & Revenue Operations
  • Design and optimize our sales playbook, with input from key team members
  • Build and scale internal systems that accelerate our ability to prioritize customers and drive execution
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to improve visibility and accountability across the sales funnel
Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives
  • Work closely with founders on strategic projects such as company positioning, messaging, and content
  • Collaborate with Reunion founders and leadership team to identify and plan new product offerings and partnerships
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on annual planning, investor reporting, and using metrics to drive key decisions
What you'll need
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment such as a clean energy developer, financial institution, consulting, or a fast-growing startup
  • Proven track record leading complex transactions, with the ability to get into the details and also see the big picture
  • A track record of accomplishment in early-stage or entrepreneurial settings
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort using technology and other hacks to get a lot done with limited resources
  • NOTE: Reunion is an equal opportunity employer. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't line up exactly with the job description
Nice to haves
  • Professional experience in clean energy finance (e.g., solar, wind, battery storage)
  • Professional experience in sales or sales operations
