Job Full Description

Express Employment is seeking a foreclosure specialist for a company that provides funding for affordable housing. Job duties include:

• Retrieve and process data and requests from partner state attorneys
• Prepare foreclosure files for referral to attorney
• Communicate daily with attorneys, paralegals and title companies
• Identify, research, and assist in resolving title issues
• Assist with the foreclosure process for all judicial and non-judicial filing for all partner states
• Calculate and prepare foreclosure judgment figures and state required documents
• Generate bidding instructions needed for sale

Ideal candidate:

• Knowledge of mortgage servicing, foreclosure processes, mortgage defaults, titles, or mortgage loan documentation is preferred
• Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced multi-tasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet strict deadlines

Other details:

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay rate is $18/hr.
• Position is a long-term role with the possibility of temp to hire based on company's hiring needs
