Treasure Valley Subaru is looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day office tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping a team run smoothly, and handling a variety of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and organizing documents
  • Completing bank runs and occasional local errands
  • Filing and maintaining office records
  • Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Helping keep office systems organized and up to date
  • Supporting the team with miscellaneous office projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using office equipment (scanner, copier, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for bank runs
  • Ability to manage time and complete tasks independently
