Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnosis, and restorative treatments Identify and treat oral health conditions using a root-cause, functional dentistry approach Deliver biomimetic restorative care, with an emphasis on conservative treatments such as onlays instead of traditional crowns (training provided, if needed) Collaborate closely with hygienists to co-manage periodontal disease and oral inflammation Educate patients on prevention, nutrition, and long-term oral health strategies Build strong, trusting relationships through compassionate, patient-centered care Required Qualifications & Experience: DDS or DMD degree with an active dental license (or eligibility) Strong clinical foundation in general dentistry Commitment to continuing education and professional growth Interest in biomimetic dentistry, airway dentistry, and functional oral health (mentorship provided) Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset Empathetic, trustworthy, and aligned with a preventative, root-cause philosophy of care Why Join Restoration Dentistry? A guaranteed minimum salary of $160,000–$185,000 per year is provided based on your experience level to ensure stability as you build your patient base. From there, income can grow significantly based on your skills, efficiency, and production within the practice.
