The Treasure Valley Family YMCA is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our Association. This position is a Human Resources professional responsible for the hands-on administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the organizations Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The role requires a strong foundation in human resources processes, policies, and best practices, along with practical experience managing HR systems that support the full employee lifecycle. This is not an IT role. The HRIS Analyst operates within the Human Resources department and applies HR expertise to ensure the HRIS accurately reflects organizational policies, supports efficient HR operations, and delivers reliable data for reporting and decision-making. This position partners closely with HR leadership and HR functional teams to support the Associations mission and overall community impact.
