Picker/Packer Warehouse Worker

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Picker/Packer Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment and shipping departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $18 hourly - Full Time

What's the Job?

Receive and process incoming products efficiently and accurately

Pick parts and fill orders with precision, verifying quantities and part numbers

Pack orders into shipping cartons, ensuring all components are included and correctly labeled

Unload freight and check in products, maintaining organized stock locations

Assist in inventory counts and audits, reporting discrepancies or issues promptly

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus

RF handheld experience is preferred

Strong communication skills in English, including reading, writing, and verbal interactions

Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, lift up to 20 lbs regularly, and up to 65 lbs occasionally
