Smashburger - - Responsibilities: Be a menu expert, follow Smashburgers prep and menu recipe standards to prepare guest orders; Reading, preparing and cooking food orders to specifications; Be a team player and communicate with GSEs and managers in a busy restaurant environment; Operate large cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers; Follow checklists and proven systems to set up, stock and close the kitchen
