Description:

Job Title

We are seeking someone to lead a large-scale initiative focused on consolidating internet services across 260+ locations. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating closely with network engineering teams, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an enterprise-wide initiative to consolidate internet services across more than 260 locations
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
  • Work closely with Network Engineers to track progress, address technical questions, and resolve project dependencies
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor risks, issues, and blockers, proactively driving resolution to keep the project on schedule
  • Provide regular status updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure project activities align with scope, schedule, and quality expectations
  • Support change management and coordination efforts as services are transitioned or consolidated

Contract Details

  • Initial contract term of 6 months
  • Extension possible based on project needs
  • Schedule: Part-time (30 hours maximum weekly)

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Suite, Outlook
