The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Social Media Consultant to serve as the quality control layer across our content operation. This is a strategic oversight position built for someone who has lived inside high-volume content environments and knows exactly what good looks like before it ever goes live. You will sit above our social media management team and your primary function is to audit deliverables before they reach clients. You will catch what others miss and elevate the overall standard of everything that goes out under the NurturPro name.
Qualifications
Five to seven years of experience in social media strategy or content marketing within a professional agency or multi-client environment is required. You have an exceptional editorial eye, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage feedback across multiple accounts simultaneously. You communicate proactively, work independently in a remote setting if necessary and treat quality as a non-negotiable standard. Experience in real estate marketing is a plus and familiarity with Keller Williams culture is a significant advantage.
