Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through site protocols and documenting observations as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.; Monitor access points and visitor activity within a technology-focused location, verifying credentials and reporting policy concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with site personnel, assisting with directional inquiries, and completing required reports related to patrols, incidents, and/or property observations.
