Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor information when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, or policy violations according to site procedures.; Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and following post orders related to alarms, escorts, and incident reporting.
